How to make dog from shells
Often the school is asked to do some artwork from natural materials. Here is a Kids Craft to make a dog from shells very quickly with the child. At the same time and remember how great it was to spend time at sea.
For work, we need two shells of rapana, one flat shell on the spout, two cockleshells on the eyes, one on the tongue and nine scallops on the paws-ears. And a glue gun. Just do not give the gun to the kids or try to control the work, otherwise, you can get a burn. The principle of the gun – the tube is supplied with glue, it melts and is applied to the desired part with liquid. Frozen, it glues the parts together. Sorry for the digression, but it’s really possible to get a burn out of negligence.
Let’s return to make a dog from shells.
We paint the nose in black, the tongue, respectively, in red.
That’s what we need for work.
We put glue on Rapan and glue to the other, it’s our head.
Similarly, apply glue on the edges of the scallop and glue the head and legs.
Now we’ll deal with the muzzle. We select two scallops of the same size and glued together.
We apply glue on the head and glue the face.
We glue the tongue.
Now let’s deal with the ears. Again, we select two symmetrical scallops of small size and glued to the head.
Now you can add detail. We glue the eyes and spout, then our craft will finally look like a dog.
Let’s add some nuances.
That, in fact, that’s all. Our dog from shells is ready! How about this Seashell Craft Idea for kids: lovely Shell dog is ready
