Take broad pot for base
Fix pump with pipe
Hide the pump inside
Fix one bangle on its top as a base for other tumbler.
Put the other tumbler on it making one hole in it.
Cover the pipe with shown cover after making a small cut on side for water.
Put water
Arrange the other pots accordingly
Set up is ready
Decorate it with plants and creepers.
