Colored markers for painting on ceramics
Just recently, I stumbled upon this idea I implemented immediately to make a gift to my friends. Look how original personalized gift for Father’s Day, or renew something at home that has bored us. Fast, easy and fun !!!!
Materials:
- Bowls and / or ceramic cups (suitable for oven)
- Sharpies / colored markers
- Tools:
- Oven
Preheat oven to 120 ° C. We use Sharpies / regular markers and bake our finished pieces for 20 minutes. The set designs are good, but they should be washed by hand and gently. If we rub like crazy with steel wool, the designs certainly will.
We plan designs. We were creating patterns from lines, and were three different options.
First, we made simple stripes on the side of the cup. Not perfectly straight lines need only consider that the bowls are wider at the top.
It’s almost ready ..! Bake for 20 minutes to fix the design.
Finished product. You see how easy that was?
In the following, we create stripes with small horizontal lines. Once it enters into a rhythm, you can draw these lines fairly quickly.
As you can see, our lines are not perfect, but its rarity makes it a nice handwork.
As with each of these pieces, it is baked for 20 minutes. Allow to cool thoroughly before using.
Finally, the most complex design, but still quite easy too. We create stripes again, but this time rotate between vertical and horizontal lines.
