How to get baby soft feet easily at home

how to keep feet soft and beautiful

Today I am going to share with you guys on how you can get baby soft feet easily at home.
Now let’s get started with the first step which is deep cleansing. For this you just any regular body wash, I am going to use the British rose range from the body shop and you will also need a small soaking tub or a basin with warm water enough to soak your feet in. Make sure to remove any existing nail polish. Now soak your feet in the soapy water for about 10mins and it’s very important to relax while you do this whole treatment. Distract your mind by doing something that you love.

After 10 mins its time to scrub away those dead skins. Use your pumice stone to scrub down the calluses on the heel and ball of your foot. You shouldn’t scrub too roughly, gentle buffing on the surface with little or no pressure is the best. Remove your feet from the soaking tub and empty it out completely. Dry your feet off using a clean towel.
Now onto the 2nd step which is foot soaking.
Take clean warm water in a soaking tub and add 4 tablespoons of salt into it and also add 2 teaspoons of Apple cider vinegar into the water. Now soak your feet into the water. This soaking solution will remove any bad odour from your feet, help heal fungus or ingrown nails, and soothe dry skin. Apple cider vinegar has antifungal, antiseptic and antimicrobial properties that fight against the fungus on the foot. It balances the pH levels of the skin to relieve you from itching and burning sensation. It also has an anti-inflammatory property that treats the pain and irritation caused on the feet.

Soak your feet for a minimum of 10 mins. Now its time to cut your nails to your desired size. Use a nail clipper to trim your nails and also clean the inside of your nails using one of the attachments in the nail clipper as shown in the video. Here I am also using a razor to remove any unwanted hair from feet. Remove your feet from the soaking tub and empty it out completely. Dry your feet off using a clean towel.
Now onto the 3rd step which is foot scrub and foot mask.
For this, you will need 3 tablespoons ground oats and 2 teaspoon milk. Mix both of them together very well. Now apply it throughout your feet. Scrub gently to remove dead skins and smoothen your skin.
Oatmeal’s grainy little flakes perform super skin exfoliation! Oatmeal removes dead cells and can even get rid of irritation and redness. After a good oatmeal scrub, your skin will be left soft and glowing. After scrubbing your feet for a good 5 mins, leave it as a foot mask for 10 to 15 mins. After 15 mins just wash it off with lukewarm water and remember to gently rub in circular motion. Your feet are going to fell baby soft after this mask. Remove your feet from the soaking tub and empty it out completely. Dry your feet off using a clean towel.
Now onto step 5 which is Moisturizing.
Moisturize your feet using any of your favourite moisturizers. Here I’m going to use one of the body butter from the body shop. Moisturizing your feet is really important. Last but not least you can paint your nails using your favourite Nail polish.
