Warm up:
Jumping Jacks for 3-5 minutes
4×20 DB Punches (standing or in the squat hold)
Perform next 3 exercises back to back:
4×10 Chest Fly
4×10 Chest Press
4×10 Single Arm Chest Press
Push Up Walks
4×15 (try your best to do them on your feet!)
