Picture 2: Take the gear wire in two strips without cutting the strips on one end and insert a bead ball inside both srtips of gear wire
Picture 3 : Then same way insert a wrapped bead.. Then insert bail (triangular shape) inside the strips by separating both strips as shown in pic.
Picture 4 : Same way insert all the wrapped beads and bails
Picture 5 : After inserting all wrapped beads and bails insert gear lock inside both strips together.. Then bend and insert the gear wire inside gesr lock, bead ball , and the last wrapped bead.
Picture 6: Press the gear lock using plier and cut the remaining wire which comes outside the bead using cutter..
