Drawing the shape on the cardboard sheets
Insert 2 or 3 sheets of cardboard (depending on thickness) of 70x34cm.Invert the direction of the grooves to avoid deformations (one plate horizontal grooves and one plate vertical grooves) and fix them together with pieces of special Scotch tape.
Then draw the shape of the mouth: so that the drawing is symmetrical, draw on a “pattern” a half of mouth, transfer it on your cardboard, then turn the pattern to obtain the 2nd half of the mouth.

Stacking the tray
Glue craft (non-gummed) with tapestry glue to the entire tray.  Glue craft (non-gummed) with tapestry glue to the entire tray. For the edges, cut strips of kraft and crunch them before sticking to follow the rounded shape. Drying the Kraft will stretch and “smooth” the cartoon, especially the visible flutes inside the tray. To prevent deformation, press during the drying time.
