I have not used any costly art supplies for this project.I replaced GESSO with White Acrylic Paint and it just worked fine for me.
Also, I made my own texture paste and filled it in a plastic cone so that I can give my own designs. So if you don’t want to spend money on buying texture paste & stencils you can try this technique. To make texture paste mix – white acrylic paint, baby powder and white glue in relative quantities of 1:2:1. It is just so simple to make.I hope you find this basic tutorial useful.
