Ceramic flower pots without good that they can decorate as you like, because we are not restricted in t heir creative imagination. Flower pots can paint, paint, paste over any available materials, perform on them decoupage, wrap ropes or shnurochkami, whichever is more suited to the interior of your home. In order to make such a flower pot with a mosaic handmade, you will need:
- base – ceramic pot from the fire clay, raw clay (I have a height of 25 cm);
- pencil and pastel drawing for marking;
- acrylic paint in the can;
- ceramic tiles, plates, glass beads;
- pliers for tile;
- capacity for the adhesive and grout;
- adhesive for ceramics;
- grout;
- rags and sponges (to wash the pot from the grout);
- liquid sealer to protect from moisture pot.
- First I drew in pencil pattern directly on the pot-based.
I immediately painted it a dry pastel drawing to determine the color of the future mosaic and acrylic paint from a container that’s not erased in the process of depositing and bonding of ceramic and glass pieces.
In work on the mosaics I used ceramic tiles, colored plates of suitable thickness and Marbles (glass beads). All the elements are cut specifically for the purpose cutters and glued to the pot – based adhesive for ceramics.
Figure completed. It remains to choose the color and put the grout, wait when it is dry .
Once the grout is completely dry, I covered the pot with liquid sealer – a means of protecting the product from the stone from moisture and strengthen it.
