In order to make such panels with photo frames, you will need: 4 photo frames, wooden slats 5, PVA glue, cardboard, scissors, white paint in the can.
Running panels is simple – first planted on the frame photo frame (see photo below). This is done using wooden strips glued. Then, between the castle is laid out in a pattern quilling technique of twisted paper strips. In the center, you can make some exquisite flower in quilling techniques. At the end of the whole structure is painted with paint from spray white. And do not forget to remove the glass from frames for painting!
