Quilling peacock
Take the ranks of the peacocks! Obviously not from the zoo, bird slightly fattened, dirty feet …. (another color was not). As long as no frame. The total size of 22 x 30 cm. Peacock 12 x 14 cm.
Flowers size of 1 cm. Are wound from strips of 1 mm.
Assembling the tail feathers. Strips 3mm.
