For skirts length 27 cm carve:
– 5 strips of 8 x 140cm
– 4 strips 6.5 x 75 cm

the height of 4 stories (+ 1.5 cm width allowance for handling overlock) + height of the lower valance (+ 1cm seam allowance) = desired length of the product.
