Cut the newspaper into 1/4 th.
Roll it diagonally tight
Make few rolls (as much wide you want).
Stick then on a small piece of cardboard that is in your desired width.
I usually find it easy this way to stick them on to a cardboard rather than glueing them to one another.
Let it dry. Cut the bottom side of the tubes in a straight line.
This is How the back side looks like.
Paint it.
To make a butterfly:-
Cut a square and a circle from newspaper.
Fold them in opp direction starting from one corner as you would do for making a fan.
Completed square and circle.
Tie both of them together with square on top and circle at the bottom
Expand the foldings to get a butterfly.
Make butterflies of different sizes by reducing the square and circle size.
To make a rose:-(explained the best I could)
Take a long strip of 1 inch newspaper.
Crumble it well.
Open it again carefully. It tends to tear.
In one corner make a triangle.
Roll it up from left bottom corner.
Later start folding the newspaper in a backward direction and roll the flower simultaneously.
Glue it for every round.
Finished rose.
Stick the butterflies and roses and color them.
The wall hanging is ready.
